Returns & Refunds

Thank you for shopping at Pretty Neat Creative.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.


If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order with Pretty Neat Creative. Your payment will be credited back to your account. Paypal will take 1-2 days, and credit cards will take approximately 3-5 business days. We are not able to cancel your order once it has been processed.

In order for your product to be eligible for a return, please make sure that

  • The goods were purchased in the last 90 days
  • The goods are in the original packaging

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, and custom orders
  • You experienced 'Buyer's Remorse.' Unfortunately, we can not refund an item due to buyer's remorse – which can be defined as feeling remorse over your purchase, or because you no longer 'like' the picture you chose, the 'colors look off, or you feel the product was too expensive. Please note that we will not refund any product you purchased but did not attempt to complete. The colors on the unfinished product often look incorrect, but once the diamonds are placed, the actual colors will be accurately displayed.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any product that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

For the defective and damaged products, you do not need to return the product to us. You will be offered a replacement or refund.  


In the event that you'd like to request a refund, please reach out to us at to discuss the reason for the refund. If your refund is approved, your original method of payment will be credited within 1-3 business days. We will process a full refund for defective, damaged, or incorrect products. Please be sure to include photographic evidence of the problem in your correspondence with us.


If you haven't received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account and contact your credit card company - it may take some time for your refund to reflect in your account. If you've completed all these steps and your refund is still not reflected in your account, please get in touch with us at


All orders are made-to-order and take approximately 7 – 10 business days to process in our warehouse and transport to a Logistics Agency.

Your item may take 1-4 weeks to arrive, dependent on your country. Delays may occur due to holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as natural disasters, and/or pandemics. Please do note as well that custom inspections can be a factor during shipment.

Refunds for shipping delays will only be considered if your product has not arrived within 8 weeks of the order date.
