How to order?
- Step 1. Prepare a clear photo that you want to make (the minimum is 1000 pixels). The aspect ratio of your photo should be 3:4 or 4:3.
- Step 2. Upload your photo
- Step 3. Choose a suitable size according to the aspect ratio of your photo and place your order.
Note:
- We can only process one image per order, so please do not change the Quantity, keep it in default (which is 1). If you want to order 2 or more custom paintings, please make a new order for each one by following the steps above.
- Higher resolutions will contain more details than lower ones. If you've ever looked at a photo that was blurry and undefined, that means it is low resolution.
- Our custom canvases are made in China using advanced manufacturing technologies and strictly following high-demand US standards.
- The time to make a custom painting often takes a bit longer in the image editing process compared to a normal one.

We are a US-based company with our main warehouse situated in China, and our products are shipped from here to any global destination. All diamond painting orders will take up to 10 business days to process and be transported to our logistics agency. Shipping to the US usually takes between 1-3 weeks and 2-4 to other countries.

Yes, you can cancel an order on the condition that the cancellation is requested within 24-hours of placing your order. Paypal payments usually take 1-2 days, and Credits Card refunds take approximately 3-5 business days.
Yes, you may. Pretty Neat Creative purchases are eligible for returns for up to 365 days after the original date of purchase for a full refund. Refunds will be made through the same payment method you used when making the purchase.

I love the metal tips. Especially the one with the larger opening. I wish I could purchase just the pen tip.
The pen is also great. It’s very comfortable to hold and with the metal tip it’s amazing.
My package arrived today, I was so excited to get it. I didn't expect the resin pen to be so beautiful. There are no bubbles in the resin and it sparkles so nicely. I was very pleased with the quality of the packaging and in the product itself. There were no wrinkles on the canvas and the stones were nicely packaged in zip lock baggies. The only down side was the tools that were sent were very cheap. This was not an issue for me however because I have purchased my own high quality tools to use. Overall, I was very pleased with this product. I would definitely purchase from this company again.

Order for 3 customs placed 4th January, arrived in Scotland 13th January!!! How is that even possible?
